This is my attempt at combining the two best game systems I've ever played (White Wolf's Storyteller System and d20) into one smooth universal system for use with M&M (one of the better superhero games I've played). This is basically a Character Creation revision with the intention of bringing down absurdly high ranks in skills and powers.

Power Level: is changed to reflect plateau style limits instead of linear limits. Power Levels 1-5 are limited to 5 ranks, 6-10 are limited to 10 ranks, 11-15 are limited to 15 ranks, 16-20 are limited to 20 ranks.

Power Level is still set by the GM, usually near 10, and available power points remain the same.

Abilities: the normal range is dropped in favor of the Abilities listed in the Optional Abilities link at left.

Skills: are limited by Power Level, and always purchased at 1:1.

Base Attack Bonus: is devided into several different skills: Archery (bows and crossbows), Brawl/Martial Arts (hand to hand), Firearms (guns and blasters), Melee (swords, axes, staffs), Thrown (shuriken, spears, etc.).

Base Defense Bonus: is divided into two different skills: Dodge (vs. ranged attacks) and Parry (vs. close combat attacks).
