David Bullock is the Manager of Technology for the Graduate School of Education, Director of the Metropolitan Instructional Support Laboratory, and lead faculty in the Educational Media/Librarianship Program. He joined the faculty of the Graduate School of Education in 1994. Before becoming Manager of Technology he was an Assistant Professor in the Curriculum and Instruction Department and taught courses in educational technology, the Graduate Teacher Education and the Educational Media/Librarianship Programs.

Dr. Bullock has a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Portland State University, with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Technology. His research and teaching focus is on teacher preparation, international teacher education, uses of technology for teaching and learning, and educational media/librarianship.
