Class attendance is ALWAYS your top priority . Excessive absence can result
in dismissal from IELP. Excessive absence can result in immigration trouble.
- Please schedule your non-class appointments during non-class time.
- It is the Student's Responsibility to communicate with the teacher. The student must
contact the teacher to arrange all make-up work.
- If you are sick, and you do not make arrangements for make-up tests and assignments, you will fail the class.
- If you are physically in class but you are
using your phone during class time, that is the same as absence.
- If you copy from another person, you have to say who you copied from.
- It is OK to copy BUT you have to tell the person or the book, where you
copied from. (This is called "citation".)
- If you copy in your test and say it is your own answer, that is called
cheating.
- If you copy in your writing and say it is your own idea, that is called
plagiarism.
- Let us be honest, always telling the truth so that our world can have peace.
