I started playing the E-flat Alto Horn in 1973 and switched to French Horn in 1974. Over the years I studied horn with Barbara Helms, Jayne Kestler, Bill Long and Jane Swanson. Key band and orchestra conductors have included Barbara Helms, Effie Keldsen, Philip Garay, David Martin, Meriwether Mason, William V. Johnson, Dr. Thomas Davies, Michael Nowak, Samuel Gorbach, Greg Sudmeier, Lita B. Libaek, Mitchell Klein, Jindong Cai, David Milnes, Keith Clark and Dale Cleland.
