(The banquet is open to members and their guests who have reserved. The lecture is open to the public.)
Reservations are required for the banquet, but not for the lecture. Pay for banquet at door by cash or check (no credit cards). Non-students $25; current student members $20; newly inducted Sigma Xi members are banquet guests of the Chapter, if they reserve a place. Kindly e-mail or telephone banquet reservations to Tom Hard ( or 503-725-3881). Please reserve as early as possible; the absolute deadline is Monday 18 May.
Annual Meeting
Chapter members will elect the Board of Directors for the coming year, and new members will be inducted. The Chapter seeks additional members to serve on the Board, as well as officers for next year. Current officers are Linda Mantel, President; Scott Burns, Vice-President; John Mitchell, Secretary; and Tom Hard, Treasurer. Please send expressions of interest in board membership and nominations for officers to Linda Mantel, , by 30 April.
