BRIEF BIO

Rossitza B. Wooster (Ph.D. 2002, University of Oregon) is a Professor of Economics at Portland State University (PSU). She specializes in International Economics with a research focus on foreign direct investment activities by multinational firms in emerging and transition economies. Her teaching areas include Microeconomics (Principles and Intermediate), Mathematical Economics (Introductory and Advanced), Econometrics, Game Theory and International Trade Theory. Prior to joining PSU she was an Assistant Professor at California State University Sacramento. In her free time she enjoys travelling, rock climbing and cooking. She’s especially known for her famous chocolate bannana bread.
