Party in the Park 2008 - Registration

Thanks for your interest in Party in the Park 2008. Please fill out the registration form completely and you will receive an email confirmation. More information will be emailed to you in the middle of September 2008.

Party in the Park 2008:

Date: Thursday, October 2, 2008
Time:
Check in: 10-11am
Event Begins: 11am
Event Ends: 3pm
Clean up: 3-4pm (required of all student organizations, departments, and vendors)

Table Costs:
Free for recognized SALP and REC Student Organizations.
$75.00 for all PSU Departments
$100.00 for all PSU Partners
$750.00 for all PDX Vendors

Sponsorship Opportunities:
• White Level:$750.00 for that you would receive a table and tent coverage within the park, your link/name on our registration page, your logo on all posters/flyers, and a standard location to set up your promotional information.
• Green Level:$1,000.00 for that you would receive the same as above, however you would receive a primary vendor location (these spots have been identified as high traffic areas), and your info printed on our vendor passports passed out to all in attendance.
• Viking Level:$1,500.00 you would receive all of the above and a title sponsor of an event (i.e food brought to you by AT&T, etc...).

Key Tips:
- First come first served basis for space allocation. Recognized Student Activities and Leadership Programs and Campus Recreation Student Organizations have priority. Student organizations must remain at the table throughout the event if they choose to host a table with an outside PSU department, partner, or vendor. The vendor will incur the associated costs.
- Registration will take place until 5pm of Monday, September 15th or until all spaces are filled.
- A confirmation email of table allocation will be sent to your email listed below within 72 business hours.
- In the special request, please be sure to list any additional needs you may need such as large banner display, if you would like to table next to a particular organization or department, etc. These are not guaranteed but we will try to accommodate your requests.
