Project Description

As part of the Green City Program, the Portland State University Cartographic Center worked with 8th grade students from Portsmouth Middle School to inventory and map street trees. Students collected data and prepared a plot on a digital base map. The Cartographic Center then assisted them in preparing this map and several other graphics that were used in community presentations and a final report.
